General Gymnastics
About:
This session is a progression from our beginners 1 hr session. Your child will continue to progress with their British Gymnastics Proficiency Awards and our Gillingham Gymnastics
Award Scheme (Starters/Leapers & Fliers). This session includes all four pieces of equipment. They will also be introduced to light conditioning and flexibility exercises to improve and perfect their skills.
When:
- Mon 4:45-6:45pm
- Wed 5:00 – 7:00pm
- Thurs 6:15 – 8:15pm
- Sat 1:30-3:30pm

- Club Membership : £31( £10 discount for an additional child)
- British Gymnastics Insurance £19
Rules:
- Leggings/ Shorts and T – Shirt
- Hair should be tied back tightly.
- Gymnasts should attend all lessons – if unable to attend please inform a coach in advance or contact the gym (failure to attend without contact for 3 weeks will result in the loss of place).
